What does she eat?
She meal preps on Sundays or Mondays, to ensure she stays on the Keto track. Her meals include organic and grass fed meat, pasture raised eggs, organic vegetables, and organic cheese.
Does she exercise?
Yes, she does HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and has recently incorporated weights. When first starting with us she weighed 170 lbs, but now she is down to 142.7! She consistently loses about one or two pounds per week, and feels like a completely new person.
